Welcome to my website, may it inspire you to rediscover the the magnificient being that you are. My website has a body, mind and spirit focus which aims to balance your lifestyle and allow you to enjoy an optimal quality of life.

My goal is to balance an individual/s internally on a mental and emotional level, adapting a healthy lifestyle and positive psychology bringing you to a greater balance and wellbeing.

In a fast changing world with increasing challenges and increasing opportunities, you are expected to give so much more of yourselves and to be more professional than ever.

As a single mother, I truly understand that it is a struggle to balance various roles and responsibilities.

There are so many “have to’s” in our busy lives: we have to work, attend meetings, schedule appointments, answer emails, write reports, collect the children, cook dinner, do shopping, pay bills… The list is endless and somewhere in between we are supposed to find time for ourselves and pursuing our goals. Sigh, all this in one day – no wonder we feel overwhelmed and stressed!

Work-life balance is about enjoying an optimal quality of life. It’s about effectively responding to your current, individual circumstances and fulfilling your responsibilities as well as your aspirations. It is about happiness, satisfaction and a sense of well-being, at work and in your personal life. And work-life balance is all about setting priorities for yourself and achieving these priorities in all spheres of your life, while enjoying what you are doing.

It's no secret, it really is to identify your priorities, both at work and in your personal life, and have the strength of character to say "NO" to less important things.

Having struggled through my own life’s challenges awakened me to the realization and importance that without a healthy lifestyle and positive attitude, life would continue to be a struggle. I have discovered my own inner strengths and reclaimed my self-worth.

Individuals who maintain a balanced personal and professional life are more satisfied and productive and experience lower levels of stress.  I seek to promote that balance by providing individuals with a variety of programs and benefits to help them manage personal and family obligations.

I am adamant this process will help to actualize positive, meaningful results in their lives, reducing daily stress and maintaining a positive behaviour change. Remember, if your mind is healthy, you have a healthy body, healthy spirit and healthy soul.
